Certain Missouri counties imposed additional 3% local taxes on dispensary sales, which was recently found unconstitutional. Following the Missouri Supreme Court’s ruling, the Department of Revenue rescinded that tax. Applicable sales taxes refunded back to retailers will be forwarded on to the customers with proof of purchase.
